14 FAKTS INTERVIEW WITHVITO NATOLI

23/06/2026

Hailing from the Itria Valley, Vito Natoli spent the pandemic honing his studio skills and has since risen through the ranks of the new school house world. His sound blends the physical and the emotional, taking him to labels such as elrow Music, SB Recordings, Circus and Mood Child. As a DJ, he is just as in demand and has played all across Europe, and now he drops another summer-ready EP on the essential Adesso Music label with ‘To The Top’.

'To The Top' is a rock-solid house cut with raw drums and a full-bodied swing. Synth stabs, vocal stabs and gurgling robot vocals all take it into the future while the bass rolls for days to ensure the dancefloor stays locked. 'Night Road' is more fluid, with a low-slung bassline that swings free beneath drums peppered with rubbery toms and congas. Soulful female voices cut through the mix to inject warmth as this tribal-tinged gem builds the pressure. Last but not least is 'Existence', a wild house sound full of colour. The nimble synths jump about the mix with airy hi hats and rooted kicks, all of which serve to get you in a sweat. It's fresh, contemporary house with a classic vocal line that cannot fail to get big reactions.

Q: Please introduce yourself

My name is Vito Natoli, I’m a DJ and electronic music producer from Puglia, Italy.

Q: One person you'd dream to have a coffee with and why?

I would love to have a coffee with Mochakk. I consider him one of the most interesting artists in the current electronic music scene. Beyond his skills as a DJ and producer, I admire his energy and his ability to create a strong connection with the crowd. It would be great to talk about his artistic journey and creative process.

Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I would choose teleportation. For someone who makes music and travels often like me, it would be the perfect way to always be in the right place at the right time, discover new places, and turn every experience into inspiration.

Q: If you would have been given the chance to do a film score, what movie would you choose and why?

I would choose The Wolf of Wall Street. I love its excessive energy and fast-paced rhythm, which perfectly match electronic music. I would create a soundtrack that enhances that feeling of chaos and euphoria.

Q: Who influenced you the most in your music career and why?

My main influence comes from the dancefloor: I started by listening to techno music. Later I was deeply influenced by Michael Bibi and Jamie Jones, who played a key role in shaping my musical vision and identity.

Q: Tell us about your journey, what got you to where you are today?

My journey is the result of consistency and discipline in music production. These elements allowed me to grow and develop my artistic identity step by step. I also want to thank everyone who supports me and is part of this journey.

Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting out their career in music?

The most important advice is to stay consistent and disciplined. In music, daily work, dedication, and the ability to keep going during difficult moments make the real difference. Growth comes over time through constant practice.

Q: Can you recall a DJ set or performance of yours that remains unforgettable to you? Where did it take place, and what makes it stand out among all others?

One of the most memorable performances was at the legendary La Troya at Playa Soleil. It was a unique experience in an iconic place like Ibiza, where the crowd energy and atmosphere created something truly special.

Q: How has your music style evolved over the years?

My sound has evolved over time. I started with techno and gradually moved towards tech house and house music. Today I also explore minimal sounds depending on the context and inspiration. It’s a continuous journey that helped me define a more personal and versatile style.

Q: If you were to venture into another music genre, which one would you choose and why?

I’m very attracted to deep house. I love its deep and warm sound, which creates a more emotional and hypnotic atmosphere. It’s a genre that I enjoy both listening to and incorporating into my productions.

Q: Could you name 3 tracks that got you into electronic music and why?

1- Da Fonk – Mochakk, for the energy it delivers.

2- My Paradise – Jamie Jones, because I especially like it.

3- Whisper in the Wild – Michael Bibi, for its deep and hypnotic sound.

Q: Can you recommend a hidden gem in your home country that would be perfect for a rave?

I would definitely suggest a location connected to where I live, the Valle d’Itria. It’s an area full of different and inspiring landscapes that fit perfectly with a musical context. An event in these surroundings would have a unique atmosphere where music blends with the environment.

Q: Could you tell us about your upcoming releases and plans for the year?

In the coming period I have new releases planned, so music will definitely not be missing. I’m also working on new collaborations that are part of my artistic growth.

Q: Can you share a fun fact about yourself that most of your listeners are probably unaware of?

I really enjoy experimenting in the studio. Sometimes I get so immersed in the process that I lose track of time completely. Those are the moments when creativity really takes over and ideas flow the best.
